Other gyms may show you how to use their equipment or recommend a few healthy meals, but we’re here to help you start, meet and manage your fitness goals. The road to fitness success begins with your personal QuickStart Guide.

Your QuickStart Guide — no experience necessary.

We don’t send you into the gym without any direction – we find out your goals, create a customized fitness plan, show you what it takes to make it happen, track your progress and give you a system to manage your success.

As a member, you receive a free, one-hour QuickStart session with a certified personal trainer which includes:

  • Establishing your fitness goals and expectations 
    (example: how are you eating, do you have a support group?)
  • Developing a customized health and fitness plan to reach your goals
  • 30-minute resistance and cardio workout with a personal trainer
  • Going over your plan and how to track results

How Do I Benefit From QuickStart?

Your QuickStart Guide will become your workout plan and roadmap to success. It will help you track where you are and where you’re going.

The QuickStart Guide also includes:

  • Food journal
  • Workout planner
  • Sample exercises
  • Weekly summaries to track your progress

Let’s Talk Health and Fitness Goals

Your QuickStart personal trainer will go over what you want to accomplish and your current fitness regimen.

They may ask, do you want to lose weight, build muscle, live a healthy lifestyle or a combination of these? How often do you currently workout? How many days do you plan to visit the gym? How are you eating?

Your trainer will also introduce you to our LifeCenter and measure your key stats including body fat, weight and blood pressure.

It’s All About Results — Your Ongoing Health and Fitness Plan

Since being fit is more than just lifting weights, your QuickStart trainer will put together a custom health and fitness plan based on three essential areas.

  • Eat – a weight management plan that covers calorie intake and portion control
  • Move – a cardio and resistance training fitness plan
  • Manage – ongoing recommendations for success such as overcoming common obstacles like plateaus

Getting Started is Well, Quick!

After you become a member, your Lifestyle Family Fitness membership consultant will pair you with your QuickStart personal trainer.

At the time of enrollment, you’ll also learn the benefits of QuickStart+ and have the option of purchasing three personal training sessions at a discounted rate.
