What to Expect
A certified personal trainer leads a small group through each RIP:60 exercise, for a full body workout. You go at your own pace — performing each movement for 30-60 seconds as many times as you can.
What to Bring
Water bottle and towel. Dress in workout attire with athletic shoes.
