What to Expect
You’ll perform a series of core exercises led by certified personal trainer using stability balls, resistance bands, BOSU balance trainers, medicine balls, Rip:60 suspension straps, kettlebells and more.
What to Bring
Water bottle and towel. Dress in workout attire with athletic shoes.
