Some of the shopping and fulfillment services available on these websites may be provided by third parties that Lifestyle has partnered with (“Third Party Partners”). These Third Party Partners may collect Protected Information necessary to complete your sales transaction, such as name, address and payment information. However, Protected Information received by Lifestyle’s Third Party Partners is only shared with Lifestyle. Lifestyle use of any Protected Information it receives from its Third Party Partners is limited to those uses outlined in Paragraph 3.

Lifestyle’s website may include banner ads from advertisers or links to websites that offer merchandise for sale from entities that are not Third Party Partners of Lifestyle. Any Protected Information you provide to or that is collected by these websites is not subject to this privacy policy and Lifestyle is not responsible for the privacy practices of these websites.

Lifestyle does not intend or wish to collect information from anyone under 18 years of age. If you are under the age of 18, you should only use this website with the permission and supervision of your parent or guardian.

Lifestyle reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time. The new Privacy Policy will be effective for all Protected Information that Lifestyle maintains at that time and any future information. We will provide you with any revisions to this Privacy Policy by posting the updated Privacy Policy on the Lifestyle website.
