LUTZ, Fla. - Three years ago, Jenny Hodges was closing in on 400 pounds. "My husband and I sat down and had a converstaion that something had to change," she said.
Jenny's approach was actually simple. She joined Weight Watchers and changed her entire diet. She cut out corn syrup, refined products, and processed foods.
Then she hit the gym at Lifestyle Family Fitness every morning, at least an hour, for the last three years and counting.
She lost an amazing 212 pounds and is gearing up for her new job as Weight Watchers new spokesperson.
