Lifestyle Family Fitness Launches a NEW Online Resource, LifeWorks

Statistical information generated from the LifeCenter Kiosk, located within each Lifestyle Family Fitness Club, filters to LifeWorks so members are able to track their weight loss and body composition accurately. The kiosk tracks your blood pressure, weight, body fat percentage and Body Mass Index (BMI).
