Sometimes you need a little variety, and there’s no better place to get it than to spend some time in our Group Fitness room. Yeah, it may look like you need to be a professional dancer, but truth be told, it’s really all about shakin’ it and having a good time.

We’ve got more than 40 classes to pick from each week — some are fast and high-energy, and burn more than 600 calories. Others are more about form and flexibility — great for toning and shaping muscles.

And guys, they aren’t just for women. So don’t be afraid to try one! You will be amazed at how challenging these classes can be, and how much they can add to your workout routine!

The average caloric expenditure for our Les Mills programs is between 400 and 700 calories. Of course, what you get out of any workout depends on what you put into it, but the potential to burn is right there for the taking!
