Our cardio and aerobics classes are all about the heart: building cardiovascular endurance and burning fat. In these classes you’ll use the large muscle groups in your body for a continuous period of time. This forces the heart to beat faster to get oxygen to the muscles, resulting in a healthy heart, and making it more resistant to stress, heart attack and other health problems.

We also offer kickboxing and martial arts inspired classes. These high-energy, all-over body workouts are for participants of all fitness levels. From jabs and crosses to side and front kicks, these classes allow you to let it all go.


BODYCOMBAT

A great cardiovascular workout that’s all out fun, combining moves and stances developed from a range of self-defense disciplines such as karate, boxing, Tai Chi and kickboxing.

Lifestyle Cardio Blast

Lifestyle Step

Experience power and energy in this action-packed cardiovascular workout performed on a step with risers. Participants will strengthen leg muscles and cardiovascular endurance. We also offer Lifestyle Step Interval, which uses both aerobic and anaerobic training to increase workout intensity and boost overall fitness levels, and Lifestyle Step Power, an intermediate to advanced level, action-packed cardiovascular workout performed on a step with risers.

SilverSneakers Cardio Circuit
