* Teen Membership includes full use of all standard Lifestyle equipment and services offered before 4:00pm each weekday and anytime on Saturday/Sunday. RPM (cycling), tanning, pool, racquetball and Kids’ Club not included. Registrants in the Teen Program should respect our existing members and staff. Inappropriate behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. This membership may be revoked at any time for any reason by a Lifestyle Family Fitness representative.
