Healthy PathThe Healthy Path consists of two sessions which will encompass functional activity, heart rate training, nutritional coaching, and supplementation to help you achieve and maintain ideal health. This program is designed to target health risks like high blood pressure and diabetes with resources that relieve stress, develop stronger bones and muscles, and prevent disease

Strong PathThe Strong Path taps into a selection of effective nutrition, supplementation, strength training and cardio necessary for creating strong lean muscle. Two sessions will target movements that will push your body to the limits necessary to break through all prior performance plateaus.

Lean PathThrough the Lean Path, get ready to kick your metabolism in to high gear. Two sessions of nutritional coaching, supplementation, cardio, and total body training will focus on what is essential for weight loss. You will learn how to increase your metabolism and energy, create a caloric deficit, and release endorphins.

A ½ hour class that will empower you and give you the knowledge not only to feel comfortable but also allows you to choose the program that best fits your needs and goals.

Self –Guided Path - If you already know how to best reach your fitness goals, go for it! We’ll be rooting for you every step of the way. Try a group fitness class. Cycle away the calories. Surpass all limits in our boot camp. You’ll be amazed at the variety and quality of offerings

Our trainers are held to the highest standards as we accept only the top six coveted and premier industry certifications. Their unparalleled experience in the industry ensures you’ll achieve results with the safest and most effective fitness techniques. They also complete extensive continuing education through The Lifestyle University to stay abreast of the latest fitness innovations. In addition to your initial Results Coaching sessions, our personal trainers can customize a program just for you that’s dynamic, innovative and results-driven. They have the passion, knowledge and tools to help you work smarter, not harder. You’ll find the ultimate motivation in their personalized attention, discipline and feedback. You can also take advantage of group training with a personal trainer, like our Boot Camp or Pilates Reformer class. These classes combine the individualized attention of personal training and the camaraderie of a team atmosphere.

More Than 30 Classes to Choose From
Our group fitness programs offer a variety of classes for men and women of all ages and at all fitness levels, from intense boot camps and kickboxing to yoga and dance. Our programming is spearheaded by eight intense classes created by Les Mills International, the world leader in innovative and effective group fitness solutions. These programs are researched and developed by an experienced team of doctors, trainers and physiologists so that moves are simple, safe and effective in getting the results that they promise. In addition, we offer numerous specialty programs that cater to your specific needs. You’ll find classes for core strength, flexibility, balance, muscular strength and much more. All programming is refreshed and enhanced every few months to keep you challenged and the fun going.
