North East Columbus COM Eric Jennings started at LFF last Fall and began working out more consistently in January, losing 57 pounds. He has gone down two pant sizes and now buys a size large shirt. In addition, the weight loss helps control his high blood pressure. With a family history of high blood pressure, Eric knows the importance of monitoring good Health by keeping weight down through regular cardio workouts.
Extra weight slowly crept on due to a combination of a late-night schedule on a previous job, and poor eating habits. He sought tips from his friend, Personal Trainer Jason Miller, when he began his cardio and resistance training after assessing his
Fitness in PT1. He rotates between four different routines to keep his exercise session interesting, and takes Group
Fitness classes on a regular basis, with his favorite being RPM. Eric has two pieces of advice for others: “stay consistent” and “stay focused.” The new, slimmer Eric finds it easier to get up in the morning, and he enjoys a much less sluggish body due to changes in his
Fitness routine.
